Join our team as a Sales Associate and provide a superior experience to our valued customers. Our Sales Associates are responsible for engaging with all customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections; presenting merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits; explaining all benefits such as lifetime warranty and financing options; and meeting individual and team sales goals. Every time a customer comes into our store we are auditioning to be their family jeweler so keeping in touch regularly and building a customer base is key in every sales associate's success here.

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience required
Jewelry sales experience is preferred, but not required
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills required
Strong attention to detail required
Strong communication skills required
Strong computer skills required
Ability to multi-task
Positive attitude
Self-starter with strong time management skills required
Punctuality is a must
Honesty and Trustworthiness is a must
Must work weekends both Saturday and Sunday
